Dear BAKG Community,
As you may have heard, Hurricane Helene has devastated some of the Southern states. Unfortunately, this has also affected our Miss Babs who is based in Tennessee. With a heavy heart, she had to cancel her appearance on Saturday Oct 5th. We’ll keep you informed as to when we can reschedule her.
We will have the usual meeting with updates from our Board and Show & Tell. Then we can relax, catch up, and knit together in community.
We are collecting yarn for the November 9 auction. This is a great opportunity to bring along the yarn you want to donate. Our auction chair, Carol, wants your yarn! Bring it on down!
Let’s knit in solidarity for all of our fiber friends affected by this terrible storm.

Bring a Guest
Guests are welcome! A guest’s first visit is free. Subsequent visits are $10, which may be applied to annual dues if paid on the meeting day.
Charity Table
Drop off the knitting you have done for charity since last we met. Or sit and knit at our Charity Knitting table with Charity Chair Barbara Beckley.

Yarn Auction
We’re collecting donations now for our Annual Yarn Auction and Sale, taking place November 9. Please bring your offerings to our October general meeting. Complete the yarn donation form and attach it to your yarn donation.
